TERMS OF SERVICE

Accepting payments via PayPal transfers

The workflow will be divided into 3 formats, as follows

Video / Motion

  • ​Receive the brief

  • Pay a 50% deposit
    or full amount

  • Sketch

  • Check and revise ( 1st Check )

  • Create the artwork

  • Check and revise ( 2nd Check )

  • Pay the remaining balance

  • Send the artwork via email

Illustration​

  • ​Receive the brief

  • Payment in full amount

  • Create the artwork

  • Check and revise only the
    parts that wrong from the brief

  • Send the artwork via email

Surprise me

  • ​Receive the brief

  • Pay a 50% deposit
    or full amount

  • Sketch

  • Check and revise ( 1st Check )

  • Create the artwork

  • Check and revise ( 2nd Check )

  • Pay the remaining balance

  • Animate the artwork

  • Check and revise ( 3rd Check )

  • Send the work via email

For commercial work, the price will be doubled from the regular rate
Please notify before starting

Excluding video / motion projects that commercial pricing has already been included

For the work order process, please specify the type of work and the number of pieces clearly. When the queue for the month approaches, the artist will contact to request a brief.
If the client cannot submit the brief within the specified time (5-10 days),
your queue will be swapped with the next queue immediately

All types of work can be revised for free up to 2 times
If the revisions exceed this limit, there will be additional charges as follows
Illustration 3 $ per revision
Video / Motion 10 $ per revision
* If the artist makes a mistake that deviates from the brief, there will be no charge for that revision *

Work timeline
Illustration Submit within 1-2 weeks
Video / Motion Submit within 2-3 weeks

* Rush work are not accepted under any circumstances *

The artist will provide a queue status check sheet, divided by the month in which the queue
is received. The speed of queue will depend on the number of tasks and the time spent communicating with the previous queue. So, this may cause delays or not receiving
the commissioned work within the month that the queue was slot

The work will be sent via email

All works will be included in the portfolio and showcased on social media
(All processes from sketch until animated). If you don't want your work published
Please notify me before starting work

In case you want the work to be kept confidential (not published or included in the portfolio), or if it can be published but only after more than 2 months from the final delivery date
For the Illustration, there will be an additional charge of 5 USD, and for
the Video/Motion, the additional charge will be 10 USD

( All works will have watermarks in the names of both the client and the artist to prevent copying )

Credits can be given under the name "dheraq"

Types of work not accepted include Realistic images, Elderly people, Muscles, Supernatural Entities, Machinery, Beliefs, Religion, Politics, and Highly detailed perspective scenes

If there is a cancellation after work has started and it is in progress,
the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances
